KC Culver

KC Culver is an Assistant Professor of Higher Education Administration at the University of Alabama and the Associate Director of the Delphi Project on the Changing Faculty and Student Success at the University of Southern California’s Pullias Center for Higher Education. Her scholarship seeks to improve equity in policies, programs, and practices related to the core academic mission of higher education, including faculty careers, teaching practices, and the relationship of students’ academic experiences with their outcomes, as well as in the approaches used to conduct research in higher education.
