    1. ASHE reserves the exclusive rights to all logos, icons, marks, and content produced or associated with the association, including those related to The Review of Higher Education, ASHE’s scholarly journal, and all other ASHE publications.
    2. Users are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, altering, or creating derivative works based on these materials without prior written permission from ASHE.
    3. In keeping with scholarly and educational practices, users are encouraged to cite sources appropriately when utilizing information for reference and educational purposes and to refrain from plagiarism.
