Jonathan Lewis

Jonathan earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Boston College and a Master of Science in Education from Northwestern University. Most recently, he served as the Senior Director of Research at uAspire, investigating questions related to college affordability, financial aid, economic mobility, college access, and student success. Jonathan has published articles in Journal of College Student Development, Journal of College Access, Mentoring & Tutoring: Partnership in Learning, New Directions for Student Leadership, and The Chronicle of Higher Education, along with several book chapters. He also reviews manuscripts as an editorial board member for Journal of First-generation Student Success. Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked in a variety of administrative roles within academic affairs and student affairs at universities in Chicago and Boston.
